Corbus Pharmaceuticals reported positive topline data from its CANYON-1 Phase 1b clinical trial of CRB-913 for obesity. The data showed statistically significant and clinically meaningful mean weight loss of 5% at 12 weeks with the 60 mg dose, with no plateau observed.
