BioNTech and OncoC4 Report Positive Phase 3 Data for Lung Cancer Drug Gotistobart

BioNTech and OncoC4 announced updated data from the non-pivotal stage 1 of the global randomized PRESERVE-003 Phase 3 clinical trial, showing that gotistobart (BNT316/ONC-392) nearly doubled the median overall survival compared to standard-of-care chemotherapy in previously treated patients with squamous non-small cell lung cancer. Gotistobart is an investigational CTLA-4-targeting immunotherapy.
