NIH Awards Multi-University Team Over $4M to Improve Women's Health

The National Institutes of Health has awarded a multi-university team $4.6 million, the first installment of a potential $12.8 million over three years, to develop advanced computer models. These models aim to predict how women's natural hormonal changes affect medication efficacy and side effects, addressing a critical gap in clinical trials and leading to more effective treatments and advances in precision medicine for women.
