TAISHAN-302 Trial Shows Significant Survival Benefit for Tambotatug Pelitecan in Relapsed Small-Cell Lung Cancer

Results from the TAISHAN-302 Phase III trial, simultaneously published in The New England Journal of Medicine and presented at the IASLC 2026 World Conference on Lung Cancer (WCLC 2026), demonstrate that tambotatug pelitecan (Tam-Peli), an investigational B7-H3-directed antibody-drug conjugate, significantly improved overall survival (OS) and progression-free survival (PFS) compared to topotecan in patients with relapsed small-cell lung cancer. The trial reported a median OS of 13.3 versus 9.4 months, with fewer severe adverse events for Tam-Peli.
