Mayo Hospital Recalls Paracetamol and Telmisartan Batches Due to Quality Issues Flagged by FDA

Mayo Hospital has been directed to recall two batches of medicines, Parasev 500 paracetamol tablets (batch PTTC-108) and telmisartan 40 mg tablets (batch CHPLT 416), after FDA quality testing found they failed to meet prescribed standards. The paracetamol batch showed color variation, while the telmisartan batch failed the dissolution test, potentially affecting drug absorption.
