Iberdomide Combination Therapy Doubles MRD-Negative Complete Response Rate in Relapsed/Refractory Multiple Myeloma
Results from the Phase 3 EXCALIBER-RRMM trial, simultaneously published in The Lancet Oncology, indicate that iberdomide (Zenbexus) combined with daratumumab and dexamethasone significantly more than doubled the rate of minimal residual disease (MRD)-negative complete response compared to a standard regimen in patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. The overall response rate for the iberdomide combination was 88.9% versus 76.1% for the control group.
