Mirum Pharmaceuticals' Brelovitug Shows Positive Phase 3 Results for Hepatitis Delta

Mirum Pharmaceuticals announced that its experimental monoclonal antibody, brelovitug, successfully met the primary endpoint in the Phase 3 AZURE-1 study for chronic hepatitis delta virus (HDV). The study demonstrated that 56% of patients on 300 mg and 45% on 900 mg achieved reduced HDV and normal liver enzymes at 24 weeks, significantly outperforming the 0% in the delayed treatment group.
