Tectonic Therapeutic Announces Favorable Phase 1 Results and FDA Fast Track Designation for Hereditary Hemorrhagic Telangiectasia Treatment TX2100

Tectonic Therapeutic, Inc. reported favorable topline results from its Phase 1a clinical trial evaluating TX2100, an investigational VHH-Fc fusion antagonist antibody, in healthy adult volunteers for Hereditary Hemorrhagic Telangiectasia (HHT). The U.S. FDA has also granted Fast Track designation for TX2100 in HHT and cleared the Investigational New Drug (IND) application for a Phase 1b clinical trial in HHT patients. HHT is a rare, inherited vascular disorder with no currently approved therapies.
