Immix Biopharma Reports 89% Complete Response Rate in Phase 2 Trial for Relapsed/Refractory AL Amyloidosis

Immix Biopharma, Inc. announced positive results from its Phase 2 NEXICART-2 clinical trial for relapsed/refractory AL Amyloidosis, reporting an 89% (40/45) complete response (CR) rate across all enrolled patients, as assessed by an independent review committee. All 25 new patients in the trial are either in CR or already minimum residual disease (MRD)-negative, with no relapses observed to date for patients achieving CR or MRD-negativity.
