Zealand Pharma A/S has announced the publication of results from its Phase 2 ZUPREME-1 trial for investigational petrelintide in The Lancet Diabetes & Endocrinology. The study demonstrated clinically meaningful, double-digit weight loss and significant improvements in cardiometabolic risk factors, with a gastrointestinal tolerability profile comparable to placebo.
