Roche's Giredestrant Combination Improves Progression-Free Survival in Advanced Breast Cancer Study

Phase III evERA Breast Cancer study results, published in The New England Journal of Medicine, indicate that Roche's investigational giredestrant, combined with everolimus, significantly extended progression-free survival. This improvement was observed compared to standard endocrine therapy plus everolimus in patients with ER-positive advanced breast cancer. The FDA has accepted Roche's New Drug Application for giredestrant following this research.
