Genmab Reports Favorable Phase 2 Data for Ovarian Cancer Drug

Genmab A/S presented positive Phase 2 results for rinatabart sesutecan (Rina-S) in platinum-resistant ovarian cancer (PROC) at the IGCS Congress 2026. The trial showed a 45.9% objective response rate and a median duration of response of 12.1 months across 109 patients, regardless of FRα expression. These findings indicate clinically meaningful and durable responses for patients with limited treatment options.
