Vaxcyte Reports Positive Topline Results for 31-Valent Pneumococcal Vaccine Candidate VAX-31 in Pivotal Adult Phase 3 Trial

Vaxcyte, Inc. announced positive topline results from its OPUS-1 pivotal adult Phase 3 trial for VAX-31, a 31-valent pneumococcal conjugate vaccine candidate. The trial met all prespecified primary endpoints for safety, tolerability, and immunogenicity across age groups, compared to existing vaccines, and will support a planned Biologics License Application submission.
