ArkBio Receives FDA Clearance for Phase II Influenza Prevention Trial of AK0406

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has granted Shanghai Ark Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (ArkBio) an Investigational New Drug (IND) application for AK0406. This clearance enables ArkBio to initiate a Phase II clinical trial in the United States for AK0406, a novel long-acting antiviral drug-Fc conjugate (AFC) aimed at preventing influenza in the general population.
