Akiram Therapeutics to Share Positive Early Clinical Trial Data for Cancer Treatment

Akiram Therapeutics will present preliminary Phase I trial results for ¹⁷⁷Lu-AKIR001, a treatment for CD44v6-positive solid tumors, at EANM 2026. The study showed a favorable safety profile with no dose-limiting toxicities and only mild adverse events in eight patients, alongside sustained tumor retention.
