Zentalis Pharmaceuticals Reports Overall Survival Data for Azenosertib in Platinum-Resistant Ovarian Cancer

Zentalis Pharmaceuticals announced overall survival (OS) data from an interim analysis of the DENALI Part 1b study for azenosertib, an investigational WEE1 inhibitor, in patients with platinum-resistant ovarian cancer. The data, published in an abstract for the ESMO Congress 2026, showed a median OS of 15.8 months in the Cyclin E1-positive subgroup.
