The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved Alcon's Brytly brand apraclonidine 0.125% solution for over-the-counter (OTC) use to relieve redness due to minor eye irritations. This marks the first time apraclonidine 0.125% is available in the US for this indication and is approved for use by children aged 12 and adults.
