New Data Shows Durable Efficacy of TREMFYA® for Moderate to Severe Crohn's Disease

Johnson & Johnson announced new data from its Phase 3 GALAXI and FUZION studies, demonstrating the durable efficacy and consistent safety profile of TREMFYA® (guselkumab) for adults with moderately to severely active Crohn's disease. The findings, presented at the United European Gastroenterology Week, show sustained clinical remission rates over three years and maintained or improved fistula remission in patients with perianal fistula through 48 weeks.
