FDA Approves Jemperli as First Immunotherapy for MSI-H/dMMR Locally Advanced Rectal Cancer

Jemperli (dostarlimab-gxly) has received FDA approval as the first and only immunotherapy for adults with MSI-H/dMMR (microsatellite instability-high/deficient mismatch repair) locally advanced rectal cancer in the United States. The drug had previously received FDA Fast Track and Breakthrough Therapy designations for this indication.
