Odyssey Therapeutics Reports Positive Phase 2a Results for Oral Ulcerative Colitis Treatment OD-001

Odyssey Therapeutics announced positive results from the completed induction period of its Phase 2a clinical trial for OD-001, an oral RIPK2 scaffolding inhibitor for moderate-to-severe ulcerative colitis. The data, presented at United European Gastroenterology (UEG) Week 2026, showed a high correlation between clinical efficacy and improvements in inflammatory biomarkers, mucosal transcriptomic signatures, and histologic disease activity, strengthening the clinical proof of concept.
