TEZSPIRE® Phase 3 Trial Shows Histologic Remission and Symptom Improvement in Eosinophilic Esophagitis

Amgen and AstraZeneca announced full results from the positive Phase 3 CROSSING trial for TEZSPIRE® (tezepelumab-ekko), demonstrating statistically significant and clinically meaningful improvements in adolescent and adult patients with symptomatic and uncontrolled eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE). The trial showed histologic remission and sustained symptom improvement at both 24 and 52 weeks.
