AbbVie's Lutikizumab Shows Positive Phase 3 Results for Moderate to Severe Hidradenitis Suppurativa

AbbVie announced positive topline results from its Phase 3 INTREPID study, demonstrating that the investigational drug lutikizumab met its primary endpoint of Hidradenitis Suppurativa Clinical Response 75 (HiSCR75) at Week 16 compared to placebo. The drug also achieved 8 ranked secondary endpoints, including significant improvements in HS-related skin pain and reductions in disease flares in adults and adolescents with moderate to severe hidradenitis suppurativa.
