BioNTech and Bristol Myers Squibb Announce Encouraging Phase 2 Data for Pumitamig in Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

First data from the global Phase 2 ROSETTA Lung-107 clinical trial (NCT06841055) evaluating pumitamig, an investigational PD-L1xVEGF-A bispecific immunomodulator, in combination with docetaxel, showed encouraging antitumor activity and a manageable safety profile. The study focused on patients with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer whose disease progressed on or after first-line immunotherapy plus chemotherapy. The results were presented at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) Congress 2026.
