Combination Therapy Improves Outcomes for Advanced Lung Cancer Patients in Phase III Trial

Positive results from the SAFFRON global Phase III trial, published in The New England Journal of Medicine, show that ORPATHYS® plus TAGRISSO® significantly reduced the risk of disease progression or death by 45% and overall death risk by 32%. This was observed in MET-driven EGFR-mutated lung cancer patients who had progressed on TAGRISSO®, extending median overall survival by nearly five months and representing a notable advance in treatment options.
