Pfizer's ELREXFIO Demonstrates Superiority in Phase 3 Study for Relapsed/Refractory Multiple Myeloma

Pfizer announced positive topline results from its Phase 3 MagnetisMM-32 study, showing that ELREXFIO (elranatamab) met its primary endpoint by demonstrating a statistically significant and clinically meaningful reduction in the risk of disease progression or death compared to standard regimens in adults with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. ELREXFIO is already approved in over 35 countries, including accelerated approval in the U.S. and conditional marketing authorization in the EU.
