Positive Phase 3 Trial Results Announced for Brepocitinib in Non-Infectious Uveitis Treatment

Roivant and Priovant Therapeutics have reported positive results from Phase 3 trials for brepocitinib 45 mg, administered once daily, for the treatment of non-infectious uveitis. The investigational treatment demonstrated statistically significant benefits on primary and key secondary endpoints compared to placebo. Priovant anticipates filing a New Drug Application in the first half of 2027.
