Shanghai Zhimeng Biopharma has completed patient enrollment for its pivotal Phase 2/3 clinical trial of CB03-154, a potassium channel opener for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). A total of 255 patients were enrolled in China, marking a crucial step in the drug's development. Topline data analysis and potential new drug application submissions are anticipated, with conditional approval in China planned if Phase 2 results are positive in Q3 2027.
