WHO Introduces AI-Powered Tools to Enhance Community Engagement During Health Emergencies

The World Health Organization (WHO), in collaboration with Tsinghua University, is rolling out a new set of AI-powered tools called BRIDGE (Behavioural Research and Intelligence for Directed Guidance in Emergencies). These tools are designed to help health teams listen to communities in real-time during health emergencies and outbreaks, enabling more responsive and effective communication and engagement strategies.
