Intellia Therapeutics Completes Enrollment in Phase 3 MAGNITUDE-2 Trial for ATTRv-PN

Intellia Therapeutics, a biopharmaceutical company, has completed enrollment in its Phase 3 MAGNITUDE-2 clinical trial. This trial is evaluating nexiguran ziclumeran (nex-z), an investigational CRISPR-based therapeutic, for patients with hereditary transthyretin amyloidosis with polyneuropathy (ATTRv-PN). The therapy aims to inactivate the TTR gene to prevent the production of the TTR protein, potentially halting and reversing the disease.
