Corvus Pharmaceuticals Reports Positive Phase 2 Data for Soquelitinib in Autoimmune Lymphoproliferative Syndrome (ALPS)

Corvus Pharmaceuticals announced initial positive one-year safety and efficacy data from a Phase 2 clinical trial of soquelitinib for the treatment of autoimmune lymphoproliferative syndrome (ALPS), a rare genetic disease. The data, to be presented at the 68th American Society of Hematology Annual Meeting, showed the treatment was well tolerated with no severe adverse events, and all three enrolled patients were able to discontinue background medications and reported symptom improvement.
