Step Pharma to Present Preliminary Phase 2 Data for Dencatistat in High-Risk Essential Thrombocythaemia

Step Pharma announced that preliminary data from its ongoing Phase 2 VECTRA trial of dencatistat for high-risk essential thrombocythaemia (ET), a rare blood cancer, will be presented at the 68th American Society of Hematology Annual Meeting. The data, as of July 21, 2026, showed that 83% of evaluable participants achieved platelet normalization, with a favorable tolerability profile and no thromboembolic events.
