US Forces Intercept Iranian Projectiles, Conduct Retaliatory Strikes

US Central Command reported that American and allied forces successfully intercepted multiple Iranian ballistic missiles and drones aimed at Kuwait and Bahrain. In response to attempted attacks, CENTCOM carried out self-defense strikes against an Iranian military ground control station on Qeshm Island. Additionally, a US aircraft disabled an oil tanker attempting to breach a blockade.
