Ukrainian Drones Target St. Petersburg Naval Base and Oil Terminal

Ukrainian President Zelenskyy confirmed that drones targeted an oil terminal and a naval base in St. Petersburg, Russia. Russian officials reported damage to infrastructure, some injuries, and disruptions to air travel as a result of the strikes. These incidents occurred shortly before a major Russian economic forum was scheduled to begin.
