Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that Ukraine's domestically-produced FP-5 Flamingo cruise missiles successfully struck a major military plant in Cheboksary, over 900km from the frontline, and an oil refinery in Russia's Samara region. The strikes are part of Ukraine's expanding long-range capabilities.
