China and Russia commence 'Joint Sea-2026' naval exercise near Qingdao, followed by Pacific patrol

Chinese and Russian navies began the 'Joint Sea-2026' naval exercise on July 6, 2026, near the port city of Qingdao in the Yellow Sea, with the drills scheduled to run until July 13.
