Yemen's Houthi group stated it targeted Saudi oil tankers 'Encelia' and 'Layla' with ballistic and cruise missiles and drones for violating a naval blockade in the Red Sea, with one tanker confirmed struck and on fire. Concurrently, US Central Command announced its 12th consecutive night of strikes against Iranian military targets, aiming to degrade Iran's ability to threaten commercial shipping. Kuwait also reported intercepting Iranian drones.
