Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) launched multiple ballistic missiles at a US air base in Jordan, which US Central Command (CENTCOM) reported were successfully intercepted. Concurrently, US and Saudi forces conducted joint airstrikes against Iran-backed militias in eastern Iraq, killing at least 20 fighters, in response to drone attacks on Saudi oil facilities. Separately, the IRGC Navy announced it "targeted and stopped" three oil tankers in the Strait of Hormuz for alleged violations. Jordan's military also reported intercepting five Iranian missiles.
