Ukraine hits Russian oil facilities and Black Sea patrol boats; Russia launches missile and drone attacks on Ukraine

Ukrainian forces struck refineries in Russia's Bashkortostan and Yaroslavl regions. Russia responded with 4 missiles and 101 long-range strike drones, with 66 intercepted. Three people were killed in Kharkiv and 12 wounded in Sumy. Ukraine also claims to have hit two Russian military patrol boats in the Black Sea.
