Ukraine's military confirmed it struck the Taneco oil refinery in Russia's Tatarstan region overnight, resulting in a fire. Russian authorities reported that the drone attack on Nizhnekamsk killed 13 people, including a child, and wounded 39 others, with seven Uzbek citizens among the dead.
