North Korea fires suspected ballistic missile towards the sea, Japan and South Korea report

Japan's Defence Ministry and South Korea's military reported that North Korea fired a suspected ballistic missile towards the sea. This marks the second reported weapons launch by Pyongyang in less than a week.
