Ukrainian air attacks kill three in Russia as Kyiv steps up drone campaign

Ukraine launched a wave of drone strikes across Russia overnight, killing at least three people and causing fires at a major oil refinery (Lukoil's NORSI refinery in Nizhny Novgorod region) and a Wildberries logistics center in the Tambov region. Russia's Ministry of Defense reported intercepting 426 Ukrainian drones. President Zelenskyy stated that Ukraine hit 16 targets in Russia, including oil facilities, airfields, a missile unit, and logistics sites.
