Yemeni Forces Intercept Houthi Explosive Boats and Seize Drone Components in Red Sea

Yemen's army and government-aligned National Resistance forces thwarted Houthi attacks in the Red Sea on Monday, September 1, 2026. Four explosive-laden Houthi boats were intercepted near Hanish and Zuqar islands. Separately, a dhow carrying drone components, allegedly smuggled from Iran to the Houthis, was seized.
