Russia Launches Drone and Missile Attacks on Ukraine, Targeting Kyiv, Odesa, and Dnipro, While Claiming Black Sea and Logistics Strikes

The Russian Defense Ministry stated its forces targeted a dry-cargo ship carrying weapons for Ukraine in the Black Sea and conducted strikes against two logistics facilities in Kyiv using high-precision armaments and attack drones. Separately, Russian drones struck central Kyiv, wounding 11 people and damaging residential and university buildings. Strikes on power facilities in the Odesa region cut electricity to over 350,000 homes, and two people were killed and eight wounded in Dnipro due to strikes that damaged food warehouses and educational buildings. A Russian air attack also damaged a multi-story residential building in Odesa, injuring eight people.
