Iran's Revolutionary Guards Claim Missile Strikes on US Aircraft Carrier and Destroyer, Vow Harsher Reprisals

Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) claimed early Sunday, September 6, 2026, to have targeted a US aircraft carrier and a navy destroyer with ballistic missiles, asserting that both vessels were damaged and withdrew from the area.
