Iran's IRGC Claims Interception and Destruction of Two MQ-1 Drones Near Strait of Hormuz

Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced on Tuesday that it intercepted and 'destroyed' two MQ-1 drones near the Strait of Hormuz. This marks the fourth such drone the IRGC claims to have downed in recent days. One drone was reportedly shot down east of the waterway by a newly deployed advanced air defense system, while another was intercepted west of the Strait of Hormuz earlier on Tuesday.
