Russian drone strike on a passenger bus in Ukraine kills 5 people and wounds at least 7 others

A Russian drone struck a passenger bus in the Nikopol district of Ukraine's Dnipropetrovsk region, killing five people and injuring at least seven. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy described the attack as an "atrocity" with no military purpose, stating it was part of Russia's ongoing targeting of civilian transportation and critical infrastructure. A passenger train was also reportedly struck in the Mykolaiv region, damaging a railway station and a diesel locomotive, though nearly 170 passengers were evacuated without casualties.
