Russia Vows to Intensify Strikes on Ukraine's Military and Energy Infrastructure After Zelenskyy's Threats

Russia's Defense Ministry announced it would intensify strikes on military and defense-related facilities in Ukraine, including Kyiv, in retaliation for Ukrainian President Zelenskyy's pledge to increase attacks on Russian oil refineries. The ministry also reported striking two Ukrainian cargo vessels in the Black Sea and port infrastructure in the Odesa region.
