Houthis Launch Missile and Drone Attacks on Saudi and Yemeni Airports; Saudi Coalition Intercepts Ballistic Missile

Yemen's Iran-backed Houthi rebels claimed new missile and drone attacks on October 7 targeting airports in Saudi Arabia, including King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, and Aden International Airport in Yemen. The Saudi-led coalition confirmed intercepting a Houthi ballistic missile fired north of Riyadh. The attacks come amidst intensified fighting along Yemen's Red Sea coast and the strategic Bab el-Mandeb Strait.
