Yemen's Iran-backed Houthi group has threatened a 'swift and painful response' against the United States and its regional interests if Washington assists Saudi Arabia's military campaign in Yemen. The Houthis also claimed new ballistic missile and drone operations against Saudi airports and energy facilities, including a strike on King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh and a drone attack on King Khalid Air Base.
