Ukraine Confirms Strikes on Russian Defense and Industrial Facilities

Ukraine's General Staff has confirmed targeting the Proton-Elektroteks plant in Oryol, which produces missile components, and the Tolyattikauchuk petrochemical plant in the Samara region, a source of synthetic rubber for rocket propellant. Additionally, an aircraft at the Yeysk airfield in Krasnodar Krai was reportedly hit. These strikes aim to disrupt Russia's military production capabilities.
